One GOD, The Lion and the Lamb

We are seeing and experiencing things most of us never thought would ever be. Sadly, we seldom see acts of love and care for one another. Instead, greed and the need for power seem to be ruling the world around us. As believers, we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is only One God. Therefore, the things happening around us don’t cause a panic for believers. Or it shouldn’t. Although things may seem out of control, and things may seem hopeless, we serve a God who is faithful to do all He has promised He would do. In 2 Chronicles 7: 13-14 He promises to heal our land when we do as He has instructed.

13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Whether in our families, our communities, our jobs, or our world, we can pray for change, we can pray for better. God hears and God responds. It does not matter what the situation is or who is involved, there is nothing and nobody greater than God. I believe this and I know it to be true. I have seen and experienced God’s faithfulness too many times to lend room to even a split second of doubt. His presence and faithfulness have been shown to me in such a way that nothing could ever make me worry or fear anything. I’ve seen his healing mercies. I’ve seen enemies fall in their own traps. I’ve experienced financial blessings. Many times over, I’ve experienced God’s love. If you are unsure, please allow me to encourage you to learn of God’s love for yourself. There is nothing more beautiful and nothing more powerful. Nothing else can give you this level of peace and joy of life. All of this only comes with having a relationship with God. With a sincere heart, pray and seek him. I assure you will not be disappointed. Prayer and faith will bring about change. He is our Lion and our Lamb. He fights our battles, provides for us and protect us. Christs’ life was sacrificed for us so that we could experience the life God planned just for us. Life is spectacular when you’re living it with God.
